So thankful to @howertonjosh - I love the Live Free podcast, so we visited Lakepointe Church. Pastor Josh called me to stand & prayed for our ministry & @TrinityChipp - & gave a gift for our new building project on behalf of Lakepointe! A hug from God as we start sabbatical!
Sunday 28th of December, we will be meeting at 4pm at St Paul’s Church. Please note the change of venue. We’d love to see you there!

I’ve enjoyed getting into this new podcast on preaching with @PeterMead and @realMChalmers
Brilliant to hear about Biblical (some might say expository) preaching as a philosophy rather than a form.
All preachers can benefit from this new podcast.

What a privilege to preach Christ on his official birthday! Excited for this morning @TrinityChipp at Kington Langley Village Hall, 10:30.
Traditional readings and carols this afternoon. Join us, 4pm, Hardenhuish School, Chippenham. You will be most welcome!
On Sunday we continued our God in the Chaos series, and Peter preached from Judges 11 about the warrior Jephthah and the tragic sacrifice of his daughter, following his rash and unnecessary vow with God. God is a good God, and we should come to Him by faith, never by negotiation.

Do we really need a new birth? How can we become “a new creation”?
In ‘The New Birth’, the latest book in our Essentials Series, @PeterMead shows us something of the excitement and joy of becoming a new creation. Get your copy from @UnionPublishing: unionpublishing.org/product/…

On this day in 1981, after 2 years of probing the evidence, I concluded Christianity is true, confessed my sins & received Jesus as my Forgiver & Leader (Jn 1:12). My life has never been the same -- thank God!
Copies available this Sunday!
“May this little book excite you with the wonder of what God has done in you—something you could never have earned by your own efforts, but which now is of more value to you than anything else.” @PeterMead

New book, out today!!
This lovely, heart-warming book opens up the foundational truth of the new birth. As with the rest of the Essentials series, it is short and simple, yet full of deep and delightful teaching.
Great job @UnionPublishing @PeterMead
