It’s time to pause and it’s ok! Spending time on you is something we don’t do often enough!#LifeLessons
Letting your mind relax and stop stressing is hard when you’re always busy.
Find time to fit things in that make you feel good! Pressing that pause button is hard but invaluable ! #LifeLessons

NPL Tournament. So amazing seeing such talent from across all age groups. A conveyor belt of amazing youth netball over 3 days. Proud of @SurreyStormNPL u19s and how much they have done for me as a coach. Sad it’s over. Thanks for having me 🙏 Time to rest and decide what next ?
u19s took to the training court for one last time tonight.

This incredibly moving poem was penned by 17 yr old @SurreyStorm fan @tegan_Kinch after their last home game at the weekend.
Please share it far and wide so that every player, past and present gets to see how they influence all fans, young and old

Tough time for so many. Yesterday I stayed away from SM and reflected. What I do know, is despite this very sad news for the South. Surrey Storm coaches have put their feelings to one side. We need to enjoy this final chapter. Be there for our players and each other. 🩵🩵
Last team talk with @SurreyStormNPL u19s before our last game of the season. A tough ending losing 42-40 to North East. We couldn’t be prouder of the improvement in every player in this squad. We are moving forward and excited for the next challenge 🩵 – at Didcot, England
