We are such a broken generation that we can't stand unbroken things. We celebrate people's downfall and hurt.

Let’s start buying only South African products and gradually reduce our reliance on goods from the USA!

Do me a favor and stamp your passport and come to Barberton/Carltonville/Welkom/Odendaalsrus/etc and come and SEE what the poor communities are living with. Where THOUSANDS of illegal and HIGHLY armed Zama Zama's are openly panning gold. Come and have a look at the place my brother was murdered by them. Come and see the once sealed mine shafts that had been bombed open by 19kg gas canisters. Come and see the areas that police are too scared to go into because these people are so highly armed. Come and see the women that are raped by them. THEN. Come and tell those poor communities that they MUST be tolerant. That they MUST send aid down the shafts because the CRIMINALS choose to stay down there. That our brave police MUST go down there into a vipers nest of highly armed individuals. Tone deaf. Absolutely TONE DEAF!

I've been avoiding this SABC saga because I feel that most people have said the right things about it. But after hearing some people argue that we should defend this woman, I decided that I should add something to the conversation.
Group think is one of our biggest problems as black people. We are told to rally behind people purely on the basis of their race, regardless of their utterances or disgraceful conduct.
The consequence of this is that we continue to project ourselves as mindless people who cannot think and discern between right and wrong. This must change; we must disassociate ourselves from things and people who embarrass us.

Crime in the US is a picnic. I stopped watching the news when I was studying there. It was too depressing. Rape too. SA is under a microscope globally on everything, so everyone just talks about SA as if it's the world crime one stop shop when it's not

They will never accuse me of incompetence because I know my story - I was never parachuted anywhere.
They will never come for my performance because I work damn hard.
They will never accuse me of corruption because I’m not obsessed with money - I actually gave them my salary🤷🏽♀️

If cluelessness was a person. Totally incompetent, totally clueless, totally indecisive! What a weak statesman! This must be the weakest leader South Africa has had since democracy began in 1994.
Sad for South Africa, one of the world’s beautiful countries.

Eugene de Kock was given a sentence of over 200 years in jail for butchering over 2000 black ppl & buried them in unknown places.
Jacob Zuma released him without even serving 20 years in jail
He paid him R40 000 pm, offered him VIP protection & gave a safe house

Racism is on top in #UK. US President Joe Biden was allowed to drive in for #QueenElizabethII’s funeral in a convoy, while other world leaders were lumped into a bus.
