Morning sweeties. I slept for just under 5 hours, so I need to work on lengthening that.
I hope your Sunday is a spiritually relaxing one.

Please retweet, URGENT: Hundreds of hens need your help 🚨 Hundreds of ex-commercial hens are still waiting to secure their second chance at life, but time is running out. We urgently need to match them with loving adopters across the South and South West before Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November:
Saturday 14th November
📍 #Devon
📍 #Dorset
Sunday 15th November
📍 #Berkshire
📍 #Gloucestershire
📍 #Hampshire
📍 #Wiltshire
When you rehome ex-commercial hens, you’re giving them a peaceful, care-free retirement where they can scratch around in the dirt, dustbathe, and soak up the sunshine. In return, they make wonderful, entertaining garden pets, each bringing their own distinct personality, endless curiosity, and endearing charm to your outdoor space.
🐓 Adopt: If you have space in your garden and room in your heart, please reserve your hens today: tinyurl.com/4xdfpun6

📣 Spread the word in your local community groups.
Even if you're unable to adopt today, sharing this post could help us reach someone who can.
Thank you so much for your support. ❤️

An hour in the bedroom trying to sort it out. I hate adhd, it makes everything so hard to do, especially decluttering.
The problem is that I have the light bulb moment, get the incentive etc and the next day I’ve forgotten it
ADHDers get bombarded by memories with everything they touch and see. Thus we keep things to remember our lives, we otherwise forget.
Anyone have any tips? #ADHD #decluttering
