Fun to see the @naz_sports_ Gatorade baths return. Kudos to @Tug200 for resurrecting this time-honored tradition! After a couple of years without one, we've now had two in the past month. The lesson: Don't bet against UCLA 😂
Jameson Williams gets his second touchdown of the game 39 yard passing touchdown after torching his defender, #Lions lead 31-7.
It looks as if the Cardinals have achieved their preseason expectations. The #Lions lead the #Cardinals at halftime, 24-7.
The #Lions convert on another fourth down, This time Jared Goff finds Jameson Williams in the end zone for a touchdown.
Lions extend their lead over the cardinals, 21-7.
A #Lions 4th and 1 results ion a 38 yard passing touchdown to a wide open Sam LaPorta. Lions now lead 14-7, 9:30 left in the second quarter.
Jahmyr Gibbs runs the ball into the end zone to put the #Lions up on the board. The score is now that at 7-7 with 12:22 left in the first half.
The punt return from #Lions Tom Kennedy set them up with good field position at the Cardinals 43-yardline.
The #Cardinals get the first score of the game with Jacoby Brissett finding Teagan Quitoriano in the endzone.
Cardinals lead the Lions 7-0.
Marvin Harrison Jr. is officially a Texan.
TRADE: Cardinals trading WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and a 2027 7th-round pick to the Texans in exchange for a 2027 2nd-round pick and 2027 6th-round pick. (via @rapsheet, @adamschefter)
Big sack from Budda Baker forces the 3-and-out. The Cardinals offense will hit the field for the first time today.
We are officially underway here in Glendale, The Lions will start with the ball on their own 31-yardline.
I am at State Fram Stadium for Lions vs. Cardinals. Should be a fun matchup but the main storyline line heading into this matchup is yesterday’s trade sending Marvin Harrison Jr. to another team.
