Egypt and cats sure go together. Carol took us to a cafe where the cats were happy and well-fed. I even saw some sitting in people’s laps!
As you can see from the photo above, EgyptAir kicked off our trip by teaching us the ancient hieroglyph for “no smoking.”
No sooner had we entered the gates of West Cemetery on the island of Mauritius than a pack of dogs eagerly trotted in behind us. They were clearly hoping for handouts!
A KFC bucket in Indonesia looks a little different than in the USA, eh? In Texas, we get free tea refills. But here? Free rice refills are the big lure!
A flock of noisy wild cockatoos kept me company as I explored historic Manly Cemetery in Sydney, Australia today. Gorgeous trees and Victorian monuments galore!
