The intelligentsia’s reflexive defense of AI / data centers misses the actual point. Water, power, & zoning is actually proxy for total (understandable) distrust of tech oligarchs & concern about corporate cronyism. In other words… Who decides how we live?

In TX a mandatory fee buried in EVERY auto insurance policy is helping fund the very system law enforcement is using to expand Flock license plate reader cameras across Texas!!!!
Did you ever actually consent to being part of a statewide vehicle-tracking system… or did it get quietly bundled into a fee you never even noticed on your insurance policy?
Let’s go down the rabbit hole.

If the @HouseGOP does not address government surveillance by killing the kill switch, stopping central bank digital currency, & reforming FISA - there’s zero reason to vote for government funding bills. Just as border security funding is pointless without permanent codification.

The 4th Amendment has no expiration date - but Section 702 of FISA does. Congress wants to rubber-stamp the “Surveillance State” without reform.
Americans are sick of Big Brother freely snooping through their data. Get a warrant.

🚨🚨URGENT STOP THE KILL SWITCH — VOTE YES on Cloud Amendment 🚨🚨
Call or Email: Please vote ‘yes’ on the Cloud Amendment to the 2027 THUD bill to defund the kill switch.
1) Constitutional concerns: ‘Passive monitoring’ of every American driver without a warrant violates our 4th amendment rights. This isn’t about preventing drunk driving, it’s about government control. It could be weaponized for any purpose: like imposing a lockdown, climate emergency, or reducing cars on the road.
2) Safety concerns: NHTSA’s own report to congress acknowledges this technology is dangerous (anytime you cut power to a car, it’s extremely dangerous), and could cause more accidents.
FHWA’s own data shows one of the top reasons for road delay is ‘incidents.’ Kill switch incidents will litter our highways with disabled cars, many of which are not impaired but got flagged by some AI algorithm and are now stranded and will need some government official to re-enable their vehicles.
3) Cost impacts: Imagine the cost for first responders to get millions of calls per day for false flag kill switch incidents?
Also, NHTSA has yet to report how much this technology will add to the cost to our vehicles. If just the start-stop switch added $5,000, passive monitoring of lane, eyes, breath, emotional state, will be exponentially more expensive with the cameras, sensors, AI and data centers necessary to collect every driver’s telematic data, telegraph it to some government central office & make such a determination.
The kill switch violates our 4th amendment rights, creates massive new safety concerns (in the name of preventing drunk driving), and costs too much putting the cost of cars more out of reach for an already economically distressed nation.
Support the Cloud Amendment to defund the kill switch!

This is the new Ismaili Center in Houston Texas
It’s another brand new mosque for Muslims
It features
- 150,000 square foot, 5-story main building on an 11-acre site
- Mosque
- Multiple social halls and banquet halls
- Black box theater
- Classrooms, learning educational spaces
- Lecture halls and seminar rooms
- Art gallery
- Multiple courtyards and terraces inspired by Islamic garden traditions
This new huge facility serves as a multipurpose hub for the Shia Ismaili Muslim community
They didn’t need this
Houston metro already has seven existing Jamatkhanas (mosque prayer rooms) before this opened, the new one makes it the eighth in the area
Letting Islam expand in America is suicide. This only ends in all of us living under Sharia Law

Are you tired of Democrats setting the agenda and getting their way even when Republicans control the House, Senate, and White House?
Tired of the “we don’t have 60 votes in the Senate” excuse?
Me too
It’s time to nuke the filibuster
Pass it on if you agree

Chip Roy may have “requested” Paxton resign, but it was MECCA Mayes Middleton who VOTED TO IMPEACH PAXTON.
Middleton joined Democrats and voted to impeach Paxton.
On September 5, 2023, Middleton was one of 12 Republicans who joined all Senate Democrats to vote AGAINST (he was 1 of 12) 24-6 and 22-8 motions to dismiss the impeachment articles immediately. He only flipped because they lacked the votes. Stop making it look like there’s some kind of love affair between Middleton and Paxton.
Middleton also has been funding Paxton’s opposition for the last two election cycles.
An informed voter is a dangerous voter.

I will always stand with Kinney County and the people of South Texas.
We can never allow our border to be open like that again.
Declare and repel invasion and secure the border, regardless of the feds.

Chip Roy was there for us when Texas's border counties asked for help stopping the Rio Grande invasion. Ask Kinney County who came, who spoke up. Who was brave enough to call it an invasion?

The "Kill" Switch
When software and the government control our daily lives.
"...At first, it arrives quietly. It starts in higher-end vehicles and works its way down. It is marketed as safety, convenience, and common sense. Insurance companies offer discounts if you agree to monitoring. Most people say yes. Why not save a few hundred dollars? Over time, the discount becomes the baseline. Opting out starts to cost you. Driving an older car, free of monitoring devices, will cost you, or maybe even make you uninsurable. The “choice” remains on paper, but in practice it fades.
This is a slow ratchet. The frog put in a pot of water as the heat is slowly turned up. Before he knows it and can jump out, he has been boiled alive. Control does not have to be imposed directly when it can be engineered through incentives. If your premiums, your financing, and eventually your access to services and cars depend on how a system scores your behavior, then the system does not need a kill switch."
