In a sense, it does, because it conflates different types of crimes rather than providing a clear apples-apples comparison; if you restrict to stranger/public assault, the multiple is potentially at least 6.5x more extreme than the numbers shown here.

Reminder that this still contains a massive statistical problem by grouping known-offender with stranger-assault.
Only 8% of offences are 'in public', and only 15% (against women) by a stranger, but these will form the vast majority among Afghan, MENA, and SSA offences, meaning the true relative multiple is many times higher than these stats suggest.
Put another way, the British population stats capture a huge number of offences by people known to the victim - which is unlikely for the above groups where reporting by victims within family circles is even more discouraged by cultural norms and language barriers, and many will be single males without 'known' female circles.
So the apples to apples comparison would suggest rates are something on the order of 6.5x worse than appears on these charts, even factoring the adjustment for age and gender.

HRH the Prince of Wales needs a new tailor, his jacket is far too long and it makes him look oddly out of proportion. The jacket front ought to line up roughly with the bottom of the ribcage.

His is just awfully cut. The jacket ought to cut off at about the bottom of the ribcage with high trousers. The low cut makes everyone look short and ill-proportioned.
Very strong list, though I'd be tempted to give number one place to God the Father Almighty, creator of England, Heaven, and (latterly) Earth, and by whose Grace the English were brought to the promised land and given dominion of the Earth.
Britain's foreign aid budget should prioritise Commonwealth Realms, but exclude *former* realms entirely.
It would doubtless only cause offence to hand millions of these bits of paper, or their digital equivalents, to a country which had purposefully rejected HM.

True in Spain too. Every landlord in Madrid and Barcelona screens the renters now. This is an obvious consequence of rent control. The most vulnerable, ostensible protected by the legislation, are in fact excluded from the rental market: if you cannot be evicted for non payment, then you are too risky a renter.

Britain's establishment has isolated our country diplomatically. As I said over a year ago, we risk losing the Falklands over the negotiating table as everybody else falls behind Argentina -- including Europe, where Spain would see it as a prelude to the annexation of Gib.
