My name is TZAR. And if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I love turning ideas into something people can see. I wasn't the guy who had everything figured out from the start.

Some of you don’t want genuine engagement. You want people to repay you for every like, comment, and reply. And honestly, that’s part of what’s wrong with social media. Engagement for the sake of engagement is terrible. But never engaging with the people who support you is just as bad. I don’t believe engagement should come with expectations. If I reply to your post, it doesn’t mean you owe me a reply. If I support your content, it doesn’t mean we’ve entered some kind of engagement contract. That’s not genuine interaction. That’s an exchange of obligations. I believe in engaging with people because something they shared interests me, because I have something to say, or simply because I appreciate them. And yes, showing love to the people who consistently support you matters too. But here’s the reality: we follow hundreds, sometimes thousands of people. We can’t possibly see everyone’s posts or reply to everyone, even if we genuinely want to. Sometimes you’ll engage with someone regularly and unintentionally miss someone else. It doesn’t mean you value them any less. Engagement should feel like a conversation, not a debt you have to repay. And I think social media would be a much better place if we all understood that.

one of the biggest mistakes you can make as a writer or content creator is seeing a big name, someone you look up to, join a bounty and then deciding not to participate because they are also involved. wo anu e o semi 😂 (ask your yoruba friend to interpret that for you.) that person joined the bounty to make money for themselves oo and probably grow their name even more. so why are you the one backing out because they joined? few things you need to understand; • there is room for everyone. just because a big creator joined doesn’t mean you can’t earn from the same opportunity. • you can’t grow if you keep running away from competition. if you always back out whenever you see someone bigger than you, how do you expect to get better? • they were once upcoming too. nobody started at the top oo. the people you admire today also had to put themselves out there before they became who they are. • learn from them instead of being scared of them. look at how they write, how they present their ideas, and how they engage with the project. take what you can learn and improve your own work. • not every bounty will be a win, and that’s okay. even when you don’t win, you gain experience, improve your writing, and learn what to do better next time. of course, always check if the bounty is worth your time and effort. don’t join blindly, but don’t let someone’s popularity be the only reason you stay away either. you won’t know what you can achieve until you give yourself a chance. go out there, do your thing, and build your own name too. 🫰🏽💜

WHAT I BRING TO WEB3 & WHAT I’M BUILDING 👇 I help Web3 projects grow through community building, marketing, content, ghostwriting, campaigns, partnerships and X Spaces. I also work in community management, moderation and onboarding, helping projects connect with the right people and keep their communities active. With years of experience in Web3, I’ve learned that growth takes more than visibility. It takes consistency, good communication and people who understand how to turn attention into genuine community participation. Beyond the work I do with projects, I’m building my Brand ROHANZ ( @ROHANZ_CREW and ROHANZ ACADEMY) to make Web3 easier to understand, access and grow in, especially for Web2 beginners looking to find their feet in the space. My goal is simple: help projects grow, help people find opportunities, and build communities that go beyond numbers. I’m always open to working with founders, teams and brands looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas to the table and get things done. Still learning, still building, and always looking for ways to create more value. Welcome to Rohanz. 🤝🎙️
