PUBLIC COMPLAINT 🚨 @calrecycle JANUARY 2023 — LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA FEMALE STATE EMPLOYEE — VICTIM STATEMENT #5 ──────── REPORTED SEXUAL HARASSMENT ************************************************** I received unwanted text messages of a sexual nature, very vile and disgusting from Ronny Vasquez a male driver associated with Green World, he also sent disturbing text messages and pictures to my female coworkers. ************************************************** On The Record: We reported the matter to our supervisor, Keisha, who contacted Green World office and the male who answered “Laughed” when told of the inappropriate situation. we then contacted the CalRecycle office and filed our complaints. Our personal phone numbers were shared with Supervisor Andrew Hurst of Cal Recycle management and including their attorney at the request of David Kelley @realdavidkelley after talking to Andrew Hurst to get this resolved, David emailed our complaints with other female victims complaints of same company to show a pattern to Andrew Hurst Cal Recycle email. Jan 2023 To this day, we never heard from Cal Recycle or anyone from their office including Andrew Hurst. Cal Recycle Attorney only replied to David Kelley via email. “Where’s your proof” With not one victim called! As a female state employee there are to be protections to stop this abuse and anxiety it’s caused and Green World should have been investigated back in 2023, removed and banned from Cal Recycle website. Now we understand there are more women victims including at schools and @calrecycle management knew is deeply disturbing and was preventable.
