remember live music?

we should have said - remember going to sold out, sweaty shows where you might be vibing with a stranger that you’ve been dancing next to all night or you’d get to hug all of your friends or you’d get to be so close to the band that you couldn’t hear the next day?

I believe the 8 women who bravely confided in @MarianneSCombs . I trust Marianne's judgment as an award-winning journalist, and believe that what she said is true. I believe all survivors who make the terrifying and vulnerable decision to come forward.

we do not support nor do we associate with abusers, rapists, bigots, racists, homophobes, transphobes, or anyone like them. we believe survivors unequivocally, and it is our job to support + amplify their voices and make the scene a safer + better place.

It looks like the list of Black artists & Black owned labels has been updated with a site ~ easier to look through & find new artists! plus from my understanding it’s still growing ~ support directly for tomorrow & always blackbandcamp.info/
