"Once we allow God to renew us, the next step is to transform our mindset and rethink how we address society's challenges. At UCU, I call it 'business unusual,' not business as usual. As a country and continent, we need leaders who will do business unusual, leaders who will transform our infrastructure, private sector, education sector, and Church, making it more innovative, entrepreneurial, and self-reliant as we preach the Gospel. At Uganda Christian University, our mission is to raise a new generation of leaders who will bring positive transformation wherever God leads them. And we must start from Jerusalem." Prof. Aaron Mushengyezi, Vice Chancellor, Uganda Christian University. #UCUGrad26 | #JoinUCU

"Critical thinking requires intellectual courage. It requires us to challenge not only what others believe but also sometimes what we ourselves believe. We must question why we continue doing certain things, what we gain from them, and whether there is merit in continuing. Through this reflection, we find new ways to make things around us better. One of the greatest obstacles to learning is the illusion that we already know. Growth begins when curiosity becomes greater than certainty."
