Well guys, considering things are still radio silent this late in the day, a new patch release for UFC 4 is looking highly unlikely.
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Today is a possible update day, going off EA's track record. Although support is ramping down towards an inevitable end, so this update may be very small, or we may not get an update at all. Only time will tell.
Dustin Poirier's taunts were updated in the last tuner. Here are some examples.

The next ratings update should be around 2 weeks after UFC 265. We don't know if we're getting more gameplay updates, but if we do, it will be on the Thursday before UFC 265.

Conor McGregor was nerfed in his punch speed (-1), punch power (-1), takedown defense (-2), and bottom control (-2)
He was buffed in his switch stance (+3) and kick speed (+1)
Tai Tuivasa was buffed in his accuracy (+1), kick power (+1), kick speed (+1), chin (+2), and recovery (+3)
Carlos Condit was nerfed in his punch power (-1), accuracy (-1), and body health (-1)
He was buffed in his recovery (+2)
Ciryl Gane was given buffs to his punch speed (+2), accuracy (+2), footwork (+1), kick speed (+1), and cardio (+1)
Alexander Volkov was nerfed in his accuracy (-1), blocking (-2), footwork (-1), and takedowns defense (-2)
