Send a proper DMCA notice & the platform does nothing, they lose that safe harbor protection. That opens them up to being sued AS WELL....

I've worked with THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of brands....let me tell you something...usage rights is soooo damn valuable and if someone tells you otherwise...they just do not understand value and do not generate the type of income long standing content can generate...
Stop giving away unlimited usage rights for free or dirt cheap...
If you have the numbers to back it up...
Listen...you can do whatever you want...it's your business but you look inexperienced...you look like you do not have any confidence in your content performance or self.
