This season’s Houston team is going to be the closest thing to a true Kelvin Sampson team that we’ve ever seen.
Between their returners & the additions, defensively they’re going to be otherworldly.

After attending a UH watch party in Webster last night, I realized Houston needs a place like Oklahoma State has with Eskimo Joe's in Stillwater.
A true UH themed bar and grill. Not UT, not the Astros, not the Texans, and definitely not the Cowboys. I'm tired of these sports bars flying flags for A&M, UT, and UH all together. I want a place that's 100% Houston Cougars.
It's embarrassing when UH is playing and you walk into a sports bar in Houston only to see UT on the big screen with the audio blasting. If only we had a booster that had experience in the restaurant business that could make this happen. @LandrysInc

Michigan coach Mike Boynton Jr. on facing Houston:
“I told our team, there are 364 other teams in college basketball, and I’m not sure we could have played somebody better today, going into the season.”
“There’s no question in my mind, when March comes around, Houston will have a small number by their name and they’ll be expected to advance in the NCAA Tournament. And so that’s where the bar is.”
Don’t overlook any spot on your body. I’ve had 2 major surgeries for melanoma. In both cases doctors began by telling me “well keep an eye on it.” I had to almost throw a fit in both cases before they each realized what we were dealing with. God bless M.D. Anderson.

The Big 12 has positioned itself for multiple CFP bids. West Virginia is the most fun team in the country. And Conner Weigman belongs in the Heisman conversation.

We are taking over the Salt Lake City skyline. A bold reminder that Utah pride extends far beyond campus. One university. One community. #WeAreUtah! #GoUtes
