NEW: If teams w/5-7 records are needed to fill bowls, the bowl’s conference will choose replacement & choice will not be based on highest APR scores, sources told @On3. If an ESPN bowl is selecting from pool of G6 teams, ESPN chooses the team to fill the vacancy, source said

Both schools list Bethesda, but use two different logos, and both point to the same website. The ol' split squad basketball team is in two places at once. NCCAA site lists it the same way. FWIW, they also do this next week against West Coast Baptist and La Sierra University.
I just found the craziest schedule in college basketball history According to ESPN and every internet source I could find, Bethesda University is playing: - Hawaii in Hawaii tonight - Southern Utah in Utah tomorrow - Pepperdine in California at the exact same time tomorrow - Portland in Oregon on Sunday - UT Arlington in Dallas on Monday

The quickest way to get a response from somebody is to mess with their money. Donny doesn't want to govern, he wants to rule. The American people just put a leash on Donny. – at Mililani Mauka, HI

I took this photo (discreetly) of Coach June & Morrison the morning of the '23 XFL Division Final with Seattle. A rare glimpse of them reviewing scripts. Time was still, my gut told me to take it... It was their last game together. One of the greatest coaching duos of all-time...

Seeing a lottttt of chatter about empty college football stadiums lately. And that NIL is getting some of the flack. But here's what I find interesting. Michigan, Ohio St, Alabama, Texas, etc. are still averaging around 100k fans at games. Meanwhile, other programs are struggling to fill half their seats. So is this really a college football problem? Or a brand problem? I spent 14yrs building a brand and one thing I learned is that getting customers is hard. Keeping them is even harder. College football is no different. Just because you've got a football team doesn't mean people owe you their Saturday. Winning matters. A LOT. But so does the atmosphere, traditions, community, and the feeling of being part of something bigger. College athletics has been a massive biz for decades but how many athletic departments actually think like consumer brands? How are you attracting new fans? Turning students into lifelong supporters? Making game day something people don't wanna miss? There's a BIG difference between selling tickets and building fans. One gets someone through the gates on Saturday. The other keeps them coming back for 30yrs. Blaming NIL for empty seats feels lazy to me. The biggest programs have spent generations building something people want to be part of. Not every school has that luxury. But every school has an opportunity to build a stronger connection with its fans. You gotta give people a reason to give a shit.

Last night Trump said he could have won Vietnam in a week. His plan was “going after Ho Chi Minh City.” Ho Chi Minh City was Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam. Our ally. The enemy’s capital was Hanoi. We bombed it. He called the presidents who fought that war stupid, then explained how he’d have won it by attacking our own side. 58,220 Americans died in that war. Trump got five deferments. Now he’s telling the rest of us how easy it would have been. He’s had more than fifty years to learn which side we were on. He still hasn’t. That alone should disqualify him from sending anybody else’s kids to war. Instead, he’s weighing more strikes on Iran after Tuesday. His administration has reportedly considered using the “mother of all bombs,” the one he calls “like a tiny nuclear bomb.” The man who thinks we should have bombed our ally’s capital gets to choose the targets.
