On September 30th, Executive Chef Doug of the Dining Commons taught commuter students how to cook a Spec 'Taco' Lar Chicken Rice Bowl from HelloFresh - a new meal plan add on available this year. Our Beacons really enjoyed this class and can't wait for the next one! #umbdining
