I think tonight is one of the 7 or so games in a regular season where a fanbase is totally dialed in. LeBron. 76ers look like a real title contender. Cavs sleepwalking into season. The owner will likely be courtside. This is a big one.

Strongly agree with this. The point of Harden is to free Mitchell from on ball responsibilities as a creator. The problem with the unwillingness to play the bigs together is that it creates too many Mitchell de facto PG minutes. That needs to be rectified

I think people have the Donovan Mitchell issue backwards. Some stats:
- Career Low in FGAs and Usage Rate
- Career high in FG% and 3PT%
- AST% is the same as it always has been
- Shot Chart is nearly identical to previous seasons
They need him to shoot more. He's here to score

The 76ers don’t play their 1st western conference opponent until game 18 of the season. Clear proof Adam Silver purposely gave them an easy start so they can work on things & get easy wins . Can anybody find the last time a team didn’t play a non conference game until game 18?

My theory on Sam Merrill is that he is struggling now because he is the only true motion shooter left on a team that used to thrive on that style
It’s a lot easier to defend Sam when he’s the only shooter who moves around
Plus, I think he’s just in a slump

no one is without blame on the #Cavs right now. No one.
But the reality is this team has no shot at doing anything this year if Don & James don't significantly pick up their play on both ends.
This is a star driven league. Those are CLE's stars. They need to be better. Period.
