Turned a cheap Nano KVM into a 1080p@60FPS gaming monster with ultra-low latency (~20ms)! 🚀
✅ Gamepad passthrough & audio
✅ Optimized Tailscale for single-core CPU
✅ USBridge custom firmware

I had to put quite a bit of work into optimizing Tailscale today!
Since the Nano KVM runs on a low-power single-core processor, Tailscale was consuming too many resources, which caused the video stream to stutter. After some fine-tuning, everything is running perfectly smoothly—no lag and no drops in FPS!
Quick look at the USBridge KVM 2.0 Ultimate Pro kit ($139). Interactive screen, active cooling, ATX power control, and capture card out of the box. Plus, custom modules and standard kits are now live on the site!

We just rolled out the full USBridge KVM 2.0 lineup. Whether you're racking up servers or need a clean desktop kit, we broke it down into three options:
▫️ Minimalist Board Edition ($90): Raw board, heatsink & USB capture. Built for clean rack integration.
▫️ Complete Desktop Kit ($117): Ready-to-go unit in a clean case with a capture card and USB-C.
▫️ Ultimate Pro Kit ($139): The all-in-one setup — interactive screen, ATX control board, and active cooling.
Everything you need for out-of-band management, from BIOS to OS crash recovery.

USBridge v3.1.19 is live! Huge focus on latency, smoothness & turning USBridge Agent into a full protocol hub 🚀
What’s new:
⚡ Android decode latency dropped from ~140ms to ~20ms (Vulkan native + MediaTek/Qualcomm tuning)
📱 iOS off-main-thread video rendering & AWDL interference detection
🖥️ Virtual Displays for Windows (>60 FPS, multi-res, auto-restores on disconnect)
⚡ PyroWave protocol: Native Metal zero-copy on macOS, 4:4:4 & HDR10
🎛️ Vibepollo added! Agent now supports Sunshine, RustShine, Vibepollo & Punktfunk
🎙️ Mic & MIDI passthrough on all native clients

I just released the USBridge firmware that turns the notoriously sluggish Nano KVM into an absolute 60 FPS beast! 🚀
I was tired of the terrible latency in my homelab, so I did some tweaking and built a custom firmware. Just look at the video: I’m getting a solid 60 frames per second over a standard Wi-Fi 5 connection. The input lag is virtually non-existent, and with the native gamepad passthrough I set up, I'm literally gaming through a KVM.
I spent a lot of sleepless nights optimizing this video stream, so grab the image and test it out. I can't wait to see how it runs in your setups!

@GithubProjects I want to share my latest project—an ultra-fast, open-source remote access ecosystem designed to solve unconventional engineering challenges.
I was tired of the compromises in existing solutions, so I designed my own. Here is what I managed to implement:
- Multiprotocol Agent Hub: My system acts as a unified hub, integrating various open-source protocols like Sunshine and Punktfunk under the hood.
- Maximum Performance: I optimized the software to consistently deliver a 4K video stream at 120 FPS.
- Hybrid KVM Ecosystem: This is a truly unique feature of the project. I merged classic software-based remote access with hardware KVM functionality into a single environment. You can now use the software and manage the hardware from one place.
- Hardware Passthrough for macOS: Anyone who has tried knows how difficult it is to pass a graphics tablet (like Wacom) over a network to macOS and get the native drivers to recognize it. I solved this problem at the hardware level: I developed a physical device based on an ESP32-S3 microcontroller that passes the tablet through directly.
All the source code, ESP32 firmware, and documentation are already open-sourced. I would appreciate your stars, feedback, and any new contributors!

Tired of graphics tablets not working over remote connections on Mac? Me too. 🛠️
I’ve developed an ESP32-based hardware USB/IP dongle that solves this problem. It clones the device at the hardware level—pen pressure and tilt work perfectly with the native Wacom driver! ✍️✨
