Israel will use any opportunity to escalate its ethnic cleansing. The closing of the West Bank and abduction of over 30+ Palestinians is yet another assault on Palestinian life. Palestinians are attacked and killed by settlers every waking day, where is that outrage?
Benjamin Netanyahu, declared today that he is planning to carry out the ethnic cleansing of entire neighborhoods in Hebron. His declaration represents an alarming escalation in Israel’s policies of forced displacement and a flagrant violation of international law and the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people. It must be unequivocally condemned, and the international community must act immediately to prevent the forcible displacement of Palestinian residents and hold those responsible accountable.

There is no justification for murdering a one-year-old baby. Kohen Wiley should still be alive today, but a police officer stole his future. It’s outrageous that the Mississippi AG refused to prosecute him. There must be justice for Kohen & his family. End police violence. xitter.cf/RepRashida/status/2067…
I am outraged and heartbroken. Precious one-year-old Kohen Wiley was murdered by police. I am holding the family and community in my prayers, and I stand with those demanding justice and accountability. The police violence terrorizing our communities must end. mississippifreepress.org/mis…

.@MahmoudKhalel is taking the fight for our rights to the Supreme Court. The Trump administration tried to silence him for speaking out against genocide. Now, Mahmoud is fighting for our free speech and to defend every immigrant who has been unjustly targeted by ICE.
Today, I asked the Supreme Court to affirm that federal courts have the power to hear my case. The government knows all too well that its baseless allegations and smears against me cannot survive the slightest scrutiny in federal court. That’s why it is doing everything it can to keep those courts from looking at my case and to channel it into its kangaroo immigration courts. So the question is simple: can the government weaponize immigration laws to punish someone's speech, then tell federal courts they have no power to step in? If the answer is yes, none of our speech is safe. If the Trump administration can punish someone for pro-Palestine speech, this or any future administration can punish anyone for any speech. Our organizing work has worked. One of the largest pro-Israel lobby groups will no longer endorse congressional candidates. This is a huge win.
SCOOP: AIPAC will no longer endorse congressional candidates or earmark donations to congressional campaigns. The group's super PAC, United Democracy Project, will continue to operate and it will urge members to donate directly to pro-Israel candidates. jewishinsider.com/2026/10/ai…

The U.S. and Israel want to merge their military systems in order to produce deadly weapons and surveillance technology together. This Deadly Merger is buried inside the annual military spending bill, or National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

The commander of the Israeli military unit likely responsible for killing 5-year-old Hind Rajab is currently in the U.S. As a party to the Genocide Convention and the Geneva Conventions, our government is obligated to arrest and investigate him for these war crimes and acts of genocide. I stand with @HindRFoundation in calling on the DOJ to follow the law and take action.
🇺🇸🚨 The #HindRajabFoundation has filed an urgent request with the U.S. Department of Justice, demanding the immediate investigation, arrest, and prosecution of Sean Glass, currently present in the United States. Glass commanded the Israeli unit implicated in Hind Rajab's murder. HRF's investigation places the 52nd Battalion—including Glass and his Vampire Empire Company—near her vehicle during the killing. Today, Glass walks free in the U.S. ➡️ More → bit.ly/4iv2Zio

I’m telling mass surveillance technology to get the flock out of here. My new bill, the Get the Flock Out of Our Communities Act, is the only bill in Congress designed to completely prohibit the use of automated mass surveillance technology, including biometric surveillance systems and facial recognition technology.

Every person dead, every family separated, every community terrorized, and every dissenter targeted and persecuted. There’s more than a million reasons to dismantle DHS.

The lengths to which this fascist government will go to chill dissent. Dismantle DHS and abolish ICE.
The Office of Congresswoman Omar released the following statement: “This raid by Trump’s DHS is an outrageous abuse of power and an unprecedented escalation in the weaponization of federal law enforcement to target political enemies. For a decade, Donald Trump has relentlessly targeted Congresswoman Ilhan Omar with inflammatory rhetoric, repeatedly putting a target on her back. Now, those attacks have escalated to a pointless federal raid. The Congresswoman has done nothing wrong. No president should be able to use the power of the federal government to intimidate his political enemies.”

Last night at Foley Square, New Yorkers rallied to demand justice for Oscar Belgal and an end to ICE’s campaign of terror against our immigrant neighbors. We cannot wait for the next tragedy. Establishment Democrats can’t keep paying lip service to immigrant rights and public safety while refusing to call for the abolition of this unreformable agency. We need to pass New York for All, end all state and local collaboration with ICE, and hold agents accountable for their violence. Fire Jessica Tisch if she refuses to act. Disband the NYPD’s abusive Strategic Response Group.  Our city and state must stand with immigrant New Yorkers, not enable ICE’s war on our communities. ICE OUT OF NYC!

DHS raiding a member of congress's home is exactly what a fascist police state does. This president should not be able to weaponize the federal government against political enemies. I stand with Ilhan.
I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.

For almost a decade, Trump and Republicans have lied about Congresswoman Omar to silence her dissent.  My sister @Ilhan has not backed down, so now they are using DHS and the federal government to target and persecute her. This is an absolute abuse of power and unacceptable. We must strip them of their weapons. We must dismantle DHS. I stand in solidarity with Omar and every member of our community persecuted by the Trump administration.

That the first public execution in six decades - one that will be a live-streamed killing by firing squad - is of a paraplegic Palestinian Muslim is the point. Hegseth is a Christian nationalist - the choice isn’t really about Hasan’s crime, it’s about his identity.

DHS is a weapon used to violate our rights and punish resistance.   Ya’kub is a DACA recipient who has been unlawfully held in detention for over a year because he dared to dissent.     I joined @RepRashida in demanding his immediate release.
Free Ya'akub Vijandre! He is a DACA recipient and photojournalist detained by ICE for over a year for speaking out against genocide and for simply liking a social media post. This is a clear attack on free speech. With @RepAlGreen, I led 21 of my colleagues to demand his release.

Yesterday, an ICE agent opened fire in Marble Hill. They shot a member of our community in the neck while he was in his car. His five-year-old kid was in a child seat in the back of the car when ICE agents fired at least 7 rounds into it. This was in the middle of the afternoon, with children walking home from school and people heading home from work. Federal agents put every one of them in danger. When I was in Marble Hill last night I saw NYPD officers rapidly escalating violence. As I was trying to de-escalate, I was shoved to the ground by an officer. I witnessed unmarked law enforcement cars hitting protestors as NYPD officers pushed people out of its path. And instead of condemning ICE’s violence, Police Commissioner Tisch attempted to justify the shooting by reading off our neighbor’s past interactions with police. The NYPD spent more time protecting a militia that just shot someone than protecting New Yorkers. Last night, the NYPD and Commissioner Tisch violated the spirit, if not the letter, of our sanctuary city policies and fueled the Trump Administration’s attempt to demonize our communities. The NYPD’s Strategic Response Group must be disbanded as quickly as possible, and Commissioner Tisch must step down. In this district, there are mothers who are afraid to send their kids to school, workers who are afraid to show up for their shifts, and people who won’t call for help anymore because they can’t be sure who will come. That’s what it means to have a violent militia operating in your community. You don’t feel safe walking down your own street.  For decades, we’ve been told ICE can be fixed with more oversight, better training, or reform. But you can’t reform an agency whose purpose is to terrorize immigrant families. You can’t train cruelty out of a system built to enact cruelty. ICE must be abolished. This moment demands that everyone step up. Elected officials at every level need to stop hedging and say it plainly: Abolish ICE now. Our city must enforce every sanctuary protection we have and city officials must ensure this cannot happen again.

ICE is out of control. There is reporting that they have shot yet another person in our streets during an operation in Marble Hill. We need justice for the victim and I will work in the state senate to hold those who harm New Yorkers accountable. From the Bronx to Queens, ABOLISH ICE.
