Ever wanted to be part of something bigger? It doesn't get any bigger than Wales taking part in the World Cup in Frankfurt!! An opportunity to celebrate organ donation and the beautiful game without VAR getting in the way? Interested? We would love you to be part of our family!!

There’s a growing Mexican community in Scotland.
Ahead of the game against England, we paid some of them a visit…

No challenge too big for this group - follow our progress and join us raising the profile and awareness of the Alzheimers Society
Thought it was time to take on another challenge....@uswfootball2s are taking on the Lands End to John o'Groats challenge by running the equivalent distance culminating in running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October to raise funds for Alzheimers Society.

Only 46 days until......
Three men.
24 hours.
One decision that can’t be undone once it begins.
Stewart Cleaver. Rob Bailey. John Murphy.
Ben Nevis. Scafell Pike. Snowdon.
Three summits. No comfort. No reset. Just a clock that keeps moving.....

Took nearly 30 minutes off the same route I did Wednesday today - time to raise the bar though so we are doing the highest peak in South Wales, Penyfan, on Tuesday night!! Thanks to all those who have donated so far, it is much appreciated!!

Three men. Three powerful stories. One challenge that means far more than the mountains ahead this June!
