Lots of generators purchased by those dealing with tornado damage. We want to stress safety when using them! Never use a generator in an attached garage, even w door open. Generators should be used in well ventilated locations outside at least 5ft from all windows, doors & vents.

Please avoid damaged areas! We are glad to see ppl coming out and wanting to help storm victims, but they are blocking roads for first responders. We need to get into these neighborhoods. Anyone trying to come in will need to provide proof of residency.Thank you for understanding

If you have to drive anywhere, please treat intersections as a four-way stop. Due to widespread power outages some traffic signals may not be working. We are asking that you do not leave your home unless you absolutely have to.

(1/5) Please share this important post. It is critically important that everyone have at least TWO ways of receiving warning information. This is especially important here in Tennessee where we lead the nation in nighttime tornadoes. We saw this Monday night.
