I've seen a lot in my time, but never United just a point above the drop zone. Wilcox and Carrick need to go.
Wilcox we know you're not qualified to decide the football style at United. Time to leave before you diminish the standards completely at our club with your low budget signings. United can't keep making terrible decisions that hit the club in the pocket
Nearly midday and Carrick still hasn't departed the club.
This blind support the United hierarchy is showing Michael Carrick, simply because he’s a club legend and English makes it really hard to get behind the idea of appointing another English manager.
The rumours linking us to Eddie Howe make me laugh. It feels like we've downgraded our ambitions to merely competing for the Carabao Cup.
It’s a shame the club can’t see that we need a proven winner like Conte and finally put an end to this "UNITED DNA" nonsense. That era is over. We need to win the league, and Conte has a track record of winning titles in two different countries alongside building strong team character.
Thank you, Carrick, but the problem goes way deeper than just you.

All because Bruno Fernandes spoke up about what the team should and shouldn’t be doing, he suddenly became the scapegoat. 😭💔

The moment I saw this clip of Bruno Fernandes, the man who has saved us from relegation for so many seasons.
He could’ve easily left for Real Madrid or PSG, but instead, he chose to commit his prime years to this dysfunctional Manchester United team. 💔😭

Peter Schmeichel in Jan 2026: "It’s a wrong decision to sack Amorim at this point.. If Wilcox feels that he was insulted in that meeting, then it’s not his ego that determines or decides who the manager is."
Wilcox has to be sacked alongside Carrick.
We appointed a Director from Southampton to run football recruitment and playing style at Manchester United, yet people still fail to see that's a huge part of the problem.
Thanks for Amplifying our voices.
This genuinely makes me angry.
Bruno Fernandes, our captain, and Lisandro Martínez have both been willing to speak openly about the problems at Manchester United, both find themselves dropped.
And what frustrates me most is watching supporters, pundits and sections of the media turn on players who are prepared to question what's happening at our football club.
Why is it always easier to attack the players than demand accountability from the people making the decisions?
Bruno and Martínez aren't the reason Manchester United have been allowed to decline for years.
🚨 BREAKING: Multiple sources now reporting Michael Carrick is on the brink at Manchester United with a decision expected within the next 24 to 48 hours.
Following a dismal week capped off by defeat at Old Trafford, club figures are reportedly deliberating an immediate exit⏳

All those who slagged those of us for saying don't give it to Carrick and the summer window was shit...

Eddie Howe Out! If United are stupid enough to listen to Wilcox again I'm saying this now. Nothing personal, he's just not the guy
Since Michael Carrick took charge in January, Bruno Fernandes has created the most chances (96) and picked up the most assists (14) of any player across Europe's big five leagues.
His reward? Benched.
Carrick has to be sacked in the morning. We cannot take this form to Stamford Bridge. Absolute shambles!!
I can’t remember a Manchester United manager this bad since Sir Alex Ferguson retired. This is beyond embarrassing and completely unacceptable. 🤦🏾♂️
It will be interesting to see if Michael Carrick brings Bruno Fernandes on in the second half to save his job ⏳
Gary Neville on sky sports commentary: 'The fans' problem isn't really with Michael Carrick. Their problem is with the owners, their problem is with the players.'
