Highest debut of the week comes from Thai rapper, singer, dancer, actress and @BLACKPINK member Lalisa Manobal, better known mononymously as #Lisa. 'Tarantino', the second single from her first extended play 'Press Play', bows at no.16 globally with 116,000 points.

By the way, last week led 'Bby Wow' our hitlist with only 216,000 points, the lowest point-frame for a number one smash since more than 20 years!

'Housewife' ends the two week reign of 'Bby Wow' by Columbian singer / songwriter @karolg featuring Spanish musicians #Judeline and @Rusowsky. It slides to the runner-up spot with 223,000 pts (⬆️ 3% with 177,000 pts by streaming, 19,000 pts by sales and 27,000 pts by airplay).

That's a 19% increase compared to its initial week. Broken down by sectors 'Housewife' gets 205,000 points by streaming (⬆️ 17%), 36,000 points by sales (⬆️ 12%) and 15,000 points by airplay (⬆️ 68%). The song is the 785th no.1 hit in our chart history (since 1955).

Global Track Chart week 45 / 2026 - November 7 @tatemcrae lands her second global number one hit. After 'Greedy' was nine weeks at the summit between November 2023 and February 2024, her new track 'Housewife' jumps atop the Global Chart with 256,000 pts. mediatraffic.de/tracks.htm

Another perennial bestseller is 'Legend', the posthumously published compilation by @bobmarley. The 42 year-old set gets 20,000 equivalent sales this week, a total of 32 million, with 931,000 units this year alone.

.@fleetwoodmac's 'Rumours' from 1977 generated 32,000 points this week, a total of 1,53 million in 2026 so far and a total of 37 million since its release.

For example @michaeljackson's legendary effort 'Thriller' from 1983. With around 72 million sales it's still far and away the most successful album of all time. This week the set placed at no.12 globally with 59,000 units, a total 2,38 million this year alone.

The Irish rock act @fontainesdublin follows at no.3 with their fifth studio album 'Dopamine Chamber' and 137,000 equivalent sales (33,000 points by streaming + 104,000 points by sales). The band's former effort 'Romance' started and peaked at no.10 with 65,000 units.
