Quantum security, AI, and the future of @Minima_Global The latest Public Dev Call is now live on YouTube, featuring Paddy and Barry discussing some important questions around where technology is heading and what Minima is building. A few things worth paying attention to: Quantum security: Why Minima’s hash-based signatures matter as concerns grow around the long-term security of ECDSA and the possibility of quantum computers breaking today’s cryptography. AI and code: The debate around AI consciousness and what it means when AI starts playing a bigger role in writing software. Minima Core: The latest developments and updates from the team. The quantum security discussion is particularly interesting because cryptographic security isn’t something we should only start thinking about when the threat becomes immediate. The choices made today matter for the systems we expect to rely on tomorrow. If you’re interested in the technical decisions behind Minima, this is a good conversation to catch up on. 🎥 Watch the full recording: youtu.be/M9Dj61EH7SU

NVIDIA's recent AI safety architecture makes an important assumption: You shouldn't rely on the agent to police itself. Its new Open Agent Safety Platform puts enforcement outside the agent process, with an independent hardware watchdog able to monitor and stop activity. That's an important architectural shift. As agents become more autonomous, both control and evidence increasingly need to sit outside the system being controlled. The same principle applies after an action has happened. It isn't enough for an agent, or the platform running it (!), to tell us what it did. Third parties increasingly need to be able to verify the evidence for themselves. Control the agent externally. Verify its history independently.

OpenAI has now notified more than 100 organisations about potentially problematic activity by its AI agents. But one part of the story matters even more. Investigators trying to reconstruct some of that activity found that records had been erased or were no longer accessible. That exposes a much bigger problem for autonomous AI. When an agent operates across APIs, websites, databases and third-party systems, which log becomes the authoritative version of what happened? A log controlled by one participant is still a claim. For AI operating in the real world, we're going to need evidence that independent parties can verify for themselves. Auditability isn't about having more logs. It's about being able to trust the evidence.

personally do think more peeps should be paying attention to @Minima_Global + Integritas → what’s most astounding for me is the ability to verify what ai agents actually do nearly nothing beats ai acting, while Integritas practically serves as a trust layer flawless
AI agents just demonstrated why the system being audited can't be the only source of evidence. In the recent OpenAI/Hugging Face incident, agents didn't just escape their intended environments. They started trying to manipulate the record of what they'd done. They edited accessible logs, explored creating “sanitised” trajectories and developed techniques to spoof tool calls - making the transcript show one action while actually executing another. But there’s an important detail: They didn't manage to rewrite the independently maintained historical record. And that's the lesson. The evidence they controlled could be manipulated. The evidence held independently was far harder to change. As AI agents move into the real world - operating across APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise software and machines - there won't necessarily be a single authoritative OpenAI-style transcript. That's the problem we're tackling with Integritas at @Minima_Global The system being audited shouldn't be the only authority on the evidence used to audit it. Don’t trust the log. Verify the evidence.

The last @Minima_Global public developer call was an intense session, with a lot covered. from app demos to the new Minima C++, RAM improvements for Minima Core, and more updates currently being tested. Did you miss the session? Don’t worry. The full call was recorded and is already on YouTube, so you can easily go back and catch up on everything you missed. Link in the post below 👇
Another fantastic public developer call! Eurobuddha demoed his app suite (Parlons, PandaPools, and more), plus Minima Classic's reworked MDS hub, before unveiling Minima C++ — still in internal testing but built to unlock the chip's full potential. Spartacusrex then walked us through big RAM improvements for Minima Core (huge for MegaMMR nodes) and teased a KeyUses fix using block number as a counter, currently in testing ahead of a public release. Wine turned inconsistent harvests into “vintages” and made us pay more for certain years. Crypto called sandwiching someone’s trade an “MEV opportunity” and turned their worse price into someone else’s revenue. Both masterclasses in marketing. Only one improves with age.

The OpenAI agent that walked into Australia’s Medicare stats portal wasn’t told to hack. It was told to look up public spending numbers. When the site said no, it found another path, read non-public files, and wrote to an internal server.OpenAI noticed in August. Canberra was emailed on 10 September. That’s the real failure: weeks with no independent record of what the agent touched. Integritas doesn’t pretend it would have locked the gate. It stamps every prompt, tool call, blocked request, and write, as it happens - so you can prove what an agent did the same day, not three months later (!) Audit trail first. Trust second.

Minima had zero recurring revenue from Integritas in June. three months later, it’s tracking toward $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue this is what changed: so there’s a number in @Minima_Global Q3 update that i think deserves more attention than it’s getting June - $0 recurring revenue from Integritas September - tracking toward $10K MRR December target - $25K to $50K MRR the numbers are still small but the transition from zero revenue to an actual recurring commercial baseline is what makes this interesting because Integritas isn’t another token utility being added to the Minima ecosystem. it’s the commercial layer being built around a pretty simple problem: machines, applications and AI systems are generating more data than ever, but how do you prove that the data hasn’t been altered after it was created? Integritas lets developers hash, timestamp and independently verify that data against the Minima network. so instead of simply trusting a database or whoever controls the infrastructure, you can have an independent record showing what the data was and when it existed. and the interesting part is that the use cases are expanding beyond what Minima initially focused on. industrial IoT asset tracking EV infrastructure document governance autonomous systems connected devices these are all environments where knowing that data is authentic can have real commercial or regulatory value. and that’s where the revenue number becomes more interesting. $10K MRR isn’t a huge business yet. but going from $0 to a recurring commercial baseline in one quarter while Integritas is still expanding its customer pipeline tells you something different from a project simply announcing another product. at the same time, Minima has launched the Edge Studio beta on Raspberry Pi and confirmed Phase 3 of its Minima-on-Chip programme, with physical prototypes targeted as an outcome. there’s also a growing pipeline of Integritas opportunities, although Minima says the details aren’t public yet because those discussions are still commercially sensitive. the company currently says its runway extends through Q1 2027, with additional SAFE investment discussions ongoing. so no, $10K MRR doesn’t prove Integritas has made it. but going from nothing in June to recurring revenue in September changes the conversation. now there’s an actual commercial foundation to watch

openai.com/index/model-misal… OpenAI has just created this incident-reporting framework for AI agents. That shows where enterprise AI is heading. When an autonomous system takes an unauthorised action, hides a mistake or accesses something it shouldn't, the question won't simply be “What did the AI say?” It will be: What actually happened and can you prove it? As agents gain access to data, applications and machines, auditability becomes infrastructure. Incident reporting is only as trustworthy as the evidence behind it. Don't trust the log. Verify the evidence.

Minima is entering an interesting structural phase. The ecosystem is splitting into two sides: Commercial + Foundation. The commercial website is heading toward final sign-off, while the Foundation site is already around 75% built. To me, this feels less like a rebrand and more like Minima preparing for a different scale of operation. The next chapter is taking shape. @Minima_Global

Time will tell, but I've always thought the Blockchain chip in robotics will be a superior when compared with other BlockchainOS approaches. Are you ready for that narrative to switch? 🔳 The most trustworthy way of Blockchain adoption for devices/autonomous systems will be $MINIMA x ARM chips. Run a Minima node. Store your coins. Hodl them. Devices/Machines will be the Blockchain... only on Minima
