Valid explanations of mostly European and Asian philosophy. Seems like Africans, Indian and Arabs have no philosophy to talk.

Well explained. Reading this was painful asf and I'll rather die a fvckin warrior.
Your concerns are very valid as a man regarding the prostate exam using the finger, however as a doctor it will be negligence of professional duty of care for me to endorse your anxieties and say “if you want to die as a warrior”, then so be it. Contrary to recent delusional deranged opinions on this app, no competent trained doctor should ever reinforce your fears and help amplify your anxieties as a patient because they don’t want to offend your feelings with the truth. So pls my brother permit me to help address your concerns (which are valid) but hopefully I can disabuse your mind of your fears. Now to the issues you raise: There are machines that can investigate the prostate. The MRI that you mentioned is actually used to also scan the prostate. So if you absolutely do not want a finger going into your anus, you can have a prostate MRI scan done which can adequately help in understanding any medical problems that your prostate may have. Specifically regarding the prostate exam, The reason medical doctors insert a finger into your anus to check your prostate is because this is the only way for us in a clinic setting to reach your prostate and feel for the prostate to have a rough idea of what is going wrong if you have signs and symptoms of a prostate disease. If there was another way to do this exam, I promise you doctors will opt for it. Putting your fingers into someone’s anus is not exactly fun for the doctor, or for the patient. But then again, the job of a doctor is to do whatever it requires, even if it is inconvenient, to assess your problem and present a solution. For instance when we use a finger to feel the prostate through the anus, we can know if it is enlarged, if it is hard, if it is firm, if it is rough, if it is painful or if it bleeds when touched. Now depending on what we find or elicit from that examination, it can help us distinguish specifically what kind of prostate disease you have- whether this is prostate infection, prostate cancer or just harmless prostate enlargement. Some men urinate many times a day, see blood in their urine, have to strain before they can urinate, they urinate many times at night, they have to rush once they need to urinate, they notice poor flow when to urinate, or sometimes dribbling of urine at end of urination. Some or all of these symptoms if you have any of it as a man may mean prostate disease. The specific type of prostate disease will depend on other questions and the exam the doctor does for you. But if anyone reading this has any of these symptoms, pls see your doctor. Or if you know any man who has these symptoms, pls tell them to see a doctor as soon as they can. There are ways to make the finger exam less uncomfortable. The doctor should make sure they wear good gloves, use a good amount of lubricant and be very gentle. This way the whole procedure is almost pain-free. A finger exam in the anus to check the prostate should never be painful in ideal circumstances. It may be inconvenient or uncomfortable but it should never be painful or distressing. Once it gets painful then the procedure should be stopped. Anyway I hope this little writeup has been helpful and I hope this has reassured you, and allayed your fears and anxieties regarding the prostate exam. I think all men over 40 who have any urine problems should ensure they have a prostate exam done, please. It’s a simple painless procedure that can save your life. Prostate cancer is one of the highest killers of men worldwide and also in Nigeria. Please don’t choose to “die as a warrior” because you are scared of a finger going into your anus to find out early if there’s a problem with your prostate. Early diagnosis of prostate cancer saves lives. Please I beg you all, kindly educate and encourage someone around you: Thanks 🙏🏿 and please if you are a man or you have a man you care about, please retweet and share this with them.

Please note the framing: “Russia’s war in Ukraine” is not followed by “the US-Israeli war in Iran” but by “crisis in the Middle East”. This, ladies and gentlemen of the Collective West, is why no thinking person outside and inside your little “garden” takes you guys seriously anymore. Your hypocrisy is now 100% transparent. You frauds.
Russia’s war in Ukraine and the crisis in the Middle East pose major threats to energy and food supplies, trade and freedom of navigation. Maritime routes are global lifelines. At the G20 Foreign Ministers’ meeting in Atlanta, I called for a Black Sea freedom of navigation arrangement and reaffirmed the EU’s opposition to tolls and fees on international shipping routes. Energy security and supply chain resilience are vital for global economic stability.

Yea you're right as rain. Millions of people consume adult entertainment, literally millions of people round the world, yet most (if not all) of those same millions of people will never work with, share stuff with, or have families with the performers who create such adult contents. Is this double standard and hypocrisy? Yes. But does such double standard and hypocrisy matter to anyone? No. She doesn't fit the idea of what most people think a woman should do/be because of her past. Therein lies the problem.
P*rn destroyed my life. A former p*rn actress wanted to start a new life, but she admitted that even after leaving the industry, she couldn’t escape her past. She was making up to $60,000 a month doing p*rn. Then she walked away from it all, hoping to finally live a normal life. Five years later, she was sitting in front of a camera, crying because people still refused to accept her. When the interviewer asked how she wished people would treat her, she covered her mouth and struggled to hold back tears. She said she simply wanted to be treated like an ordinary married nurse with children in Indiana. Then she admitted she didn't believe that would ever happen. And the most surprising part? She claimed she could return to p*rn and make $20,000 in just one week. But she refused because she couldn't bear the thought of putting more videos of herself on the internet. United States. March 2016. Her name is Bree Olson. At 19, Bree was studying biology at Purdue University while working full time as a telemarketer. She had considered a career in medicine, but one day she decided to try something completely different. She flew to Los Angeles to film her first adult scene. What happened next changed her plans entirely. Bree was shocked by how much money she could make in such a short amount of time. Eventually, she dropped out of college and began pursuing a career in adult entertainment. Before long, she became one of the industry's most recognizable performers. According to Bree, at the height of her career, she was earning between $30,000 and $60,000 a month. She traveled, won awards, and enjoyed a lifestyle she once could only dream of. In 2011, she found herself at the center of a major media frenzy after becoming romantically involved with Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen. Her private life suddenly became national entertainment. Television personalities discussed her relationships, her career, and whether someone with her background could ever become a respectable wife or mother. That same year, at 25, Bree decided to leave the adult film industry. She hoped that walking away would allow her to build a new identity and finally escape the public judgment surrounding her career. But things didn't turn out the way she expected. She said employers rejected her because of her past, and people she met sometimes stopped talking to her after discovering what she used to do. Some treated her as though she were a danger to children. Bree described feeling so uncomfortable in public that she sometimes stayed inside her home for days or even weeks. And there was something else she couldn't escape. Her old videos were still online. Even though she had stopped filming, her previous work continued circulating, and she wasn't receiving royalties from those recordings. In March 2016, Bree agreed to sit down for an emotional interview with Real Women, Real Stories. She spoke openly about her career, the money she had earned, and the struggles she faced after leaving. She made it clear that she didn't believe there was anything inherently wrong with working in the adult industry. What hurt her most was the way people treated her afterward. But the most emotional moment came near the end of the interview. The interviewer asked Bree a simple question. How would she like people to treat her? For a moment, she couldn't answer. She covered her mouth as tears filled her eyes. Then she explained that she wanted to be treated like an ordinary woman with a family, children, and a normal career. She said she would be incredibly happy if people could see her that way. But she didn't believe it would ever happen. Bree later explained that she didn't blame the adult industry itself for her suffering. She blamed the judgment she faced after leaving. By 2019, she had built her own business and found greater independence. But she said her past still created obstacles, including people refusing to work with her after learning about her former career. Her story raises an uncomfortable contradiction. Millions of people consume adult entertainment, yet some of those same people believe the performers who create it should never be allowed to move on from their past. Do you think someone's former career should follow them for the rest of their life, even after they've decided to start over?

A well loved legend. He truly was one of the best. Andriy Shevchenko deserves to be inducted and revered as well. He too was a legend. My favorite legend.

The understanding bro-to-bro handshake after each card cancelation was just perfect. Just perfect. You'll never see that during a game in any sport between player and referee.
Not even AI could make this masterpiece

The stvpidity of Africans/Nigerians is unmatched. You'll never hear an Arab, Indian, Asian or even an European think or say things like this. Yeah it's probably a joke but must we joke about things we shouldn't joke about, things that don't matter, things that are a world away (literally a world away) from us? The veneration of the European by the African is horrifying.

Yes! Let's listen to the biggest podcast whore complain about why men no longer approach women! It couldn't possibly be because women have become: Fatter Ruder Pickier Sluttier Manlier Feminism has created this dynamic and many men would rather watch porn, play video games, and avoid the inevitable headaches that come from the courtship of women who are OBJECTIVELY worse (fatter, ruder, sluttier, and manlier) than what our fathers and grandfathers had. You hoes made your bed. Sleep in it.

It is called mental enlightenment. It's the act of thinking before saying anything. Literally thinking before saying anything.
Metacognition, the ability to think about your own thinking, is considered the highest form of intelligence. [🎞️ life_laps_official]

The only players mentioned better than Kane are Suarez and Henry.
Thierry Henry never won it. Luis Suarez never won it. Robert Lewandowski never won it. Xavi never won it. Iniesta never won it. Pirlo never won it. They were all better players than Kane. Football is so unfair 💔

Look at Abati. The once fiery Dr Abati, the top editor of Guardian newspaper, cannot utter a word. He became a government spokesman and ultimately stopped his crusade as a fiery no holds barred journalist and now is a politician at heart. He's now a weak journalist. A shame. What money and power cannot do, does not exist. Rufai, you need to beware of Abati, your co-host.
Rufai Oseni RIPPED President Tinubu apart this morning! 🙄🔥 I have NEVER heard him speak in this manner before. WOOOOW! 😳😳

Beenie Man cannot touch or near Sean Paul discography. "Get Busy" and "Got to Love You" will totally crush all Beenie Man discography. Sean Paul was a true pioneer and singlehandedly made his genre of music popular and mainstream.
I feel like this DJ tried to rig the battle in favour of Sean Paul, cos Beenie Man definitely has heavier hits, Imo. All four songs from Sean Paul are certified bangers, but regardless (and Iike Paul too), I'm going with Beenie. The first two songs from Beenie are elite-level bangers that eclipse anything Sean Paul has to offer🔥🔥. Celebrating black music.

The University of Sankore in Timbuktu was operating in the 12th century. At its peak it had 25,000 students. It held between 400,000 and 700,000 manuscripts on mathematics, astronomy, medicine, law, literature and theology, many of which are still being catalogued today. Seven hundred thousand manuscripts. In a city that European maps labeled "terra incognita." Unknown land. Not unknown to the scholars studying astronomy inside it. Not unknown to the merchants who traveled thousands of miles to reach its markets. Not unknown to the students who came from across the continent and the Arab world to study there. Unknown only to the people who needed it to be. Because 700,000 manuscripts changes the sentence. Because a university operating a thousand years ago in sub-Saharan Africa changes every assumption that colonialism was ever built on. And the assumptions needed to survive. So the manuscripts were not taught. And the "terra incognita" remained, in the minds of those who needed it to, incognita.
