We showcase #hCoCena by integrating two public datasets that describe a similar experimental setup but were generated using different technologies, identifying co-expression motifs shared by the two datasets and those unique to one another.

#hCoCena provides a user-friendly #R and #dataintegration tool, with 3 main steps: pre-integration phase, which contains pre-processing that is dataset-specific, followed by the network-based integration phase, and the post-integration phase, with different cross-layer analyses.
