I'm sorry we never got a chance to meet, but getting this note from Dolly really had a an impact on me. She definitely didn't have to take the time to do it. I admittedly thought the trans sports issue was overcovered, in the sense that it’s an 80-20 issue that I thought only really weird people disagreed on. But seeing so many people in the media and WNBA players actually push for males in female sports proves I was wrong.
This is a serious issue because the people in charge of the megaphone represent a minority view, a minority view that is wrong.
There’s something sinister about adults without daughters telling little girls to change in a locker room next to a male.
