Duplicated Mullerian structures (2 hemi-vaginas and 2 hemi-uterii) = higher risk for menstrual obstruction.
60% of cloaca patients have Mullerian duplication.
Most common symptom of menstrual obstruction = cyclic (monthly) abdominal pain. With an US, uterus is filled with blood.
