“All the negotiations we have now, employers are trying to take the cuts to healthcare access to our workers, and the cost is essentially trickled down to the members who are already living paycheck to paycheck” — Olga Brudastova @UAWRegion9A

WE WON!
After months of negotiating, our members unanimously voted to ratify our new contract that includes:
✅ $60,000 minimum salary, including 5% raise this year
✅ New Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility committee
✅ 12 weeks of parental leave
Congrats to @spocuaw
After a 12-day strike we have reached a tentative agreement with @IcahnMountSinai! This is a massive achievement and would not have been possible without years of efforts by hundreds of postdocs and our incredible allies who stood with us ✊🏽 #1u
