During the 3 years of the project, I´ve been an elected member of the @ESA_Sociology Executive Committee and co-chair of its RN33 on Women and Gender Studies, having organized a Mid-term conference, 2 PhD Summer Schools and, most importantly, the first ESA Anti-harassment policy!

The development of #UniswithHeart benefited a lot from the amazing @BerkeleyBPA. We created data on SH, elaborated an anti-harassment policy, a DEI award, DEI Discussion Series, Brown Bag seminars, video screenings for postdocs and had tons of fun together vspa.berkeley.edu/news/postd…
