Fresh from The Gardens at Brookdale: 32 lbs broccoli, 12 lbs collards, 6 lbs mustard greens, 7 lbs peppers, and 5 lbs carrots—all harvested yesterday! Our compost, from tomato trimmings and green bean bushes, is pure gold. Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with joy and blessings!
