We are the S.A.S. Rights Women. Working with Uniting Communities Organisation so we can bring the Gym to you 💟 Getting Active is just one of our workstreams, (been doing this for ages by the way)! 😅 We definitely got the Zumba bug 🐞😅 We are non-conformist women who are tired of the ‘wannabe Mattel’s’ i.e. male-led organisations capitalising on the causes of women. So, we are doing this for oursleves. We can do it! The S.A.S. Rights Community is working with @UnitingComOrg The Curry Club & @ThisisTAE_ in @blackburndarwen to arrange a range of summer wellbeing and community activities. Below 👇Venue, time and dates for the Community Zumba Sessions. Little Harwood Community Centre -2 pm - 3 pm 24th & 31st July 2023 7th & 14th August 2023 We have worked hard to keep the costs to a minimum. A £1 donation per adult will help S.A.S. Rights to cover some of the instructor costs. Please do try and register in advance via email: [email protected] 💜💜 Everyone is welcome; for those without an email, we can process registrations on the day! Please Note: 🟣Please arrive by 1.30pm if you need to register on the day. 🟣Loose scarves and dangling items, such as jewellery that can get caught or cause trips and falls, must be secured or removed prior to the exercise session. 🟣Comfortable footwear, such as pumps and trainers. 🟣Bring a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated.
