1/A heavily illustrated ca. 2016 USAF brochure on turbine engine technology included, among a vast number of little photos of engines and aircraft, a few illustrations that might be of interest.

Don't know if the caption is correct or if this is a planned demolition, but if it was actually under construction I have to wonder what kind of tofu dreg building practices were employed.
Turning "impossible" into "late" is SpaceX's job, but there will be some competition. With luck, a *lot* of competition. Fill the sky with American reusable rockets, American satellites, American manned missions, American space colonies and habitats...
America is in for a busy spaceflight year next year. Not only is Artemis III happening alongside lunar landing milestones, but six brand-new rockets are also planning to make their debut flights. The real question is: Who will actually fly?
All these rockets have been delayed from their previously set targets, except for New Glenn 9x4 ,(only because it never had one); the longest delayed one is Rocket 4 which was supposed to debut 5 years earlier.
Neutron is one I find most interesting because, due to its delays, it has let Stoke Space’s Nova catch up to potentially beat it to flying, as well as Terran R, which not only had a complete redesign but almost ran out of money at one point.
Which of these do you think will fly next year and who do you think will fly first?
This gave me a giggle. Who could have *possibly* seen that coming?

Artwork yanked out of a Russian book, attributed to Rockwell. This appears to show a Mars-bound (or perhaps Mars-orbiting) spacecraft equipped with two biconic entry vehicles. The long truss structure and radiators would indicate a nuclear powered vehicle, presumably NERVA.
Sometimes some pretty spiffy stuff pops up on ebay. This is currently working its way through the USPS to me; it cost a bundle, but it'll make for some fantastic research. The nuclear powered carrier, not shown here, is shown carrying 4 F-111's. Which is a choice, I suppose.
Gotta love the spirit these little guys are showing. It could well be that they'll have happier, healthier lives if they let the giant monster scoop them up... but there's no reason why they should be expected to know that. The defiance is glorious.
I can tolerate a spelling error. Maybe two. Guilty of it myself, but largely in slapped-together tweets. If you make this many spelling/grammar/logic errors in a chart meant for some sort of professional display, you've lost the chance to sway me with your argument.
Looks like the moron class is trying to dilute to the point of meaningless the word "treason," like they did with "fascism," "racism," "hate," "phobia" and all the rest. Gotta wonder if they're doing this so that when they're caught doing actual treason it won't seem so bad.
THOSE were the days. Deep Space Nine, Babylon 5, Stargate... space battles galore. Usually with only a passing glance at actual physics, they were still visual spectacle that modern shows somehow utterly fail to attain.
Plus: post-DomWar Galaxy classes must've been *beasts.*
Say what you will about the X-Men movies or cape-crap in general, "Logan" was a masterpiece. As was it's trailer. This is how you do it.
Some people are so bound and determined in their racist hatred of America and western civilization that they will attribute sentience and ideology to microbes.
Replying to @shsnnsdn
You're right, you can't equate the two. The Nazis exterminated 60% of all Jews, while European settlers in America exterminated 96% of all Native Americans.
A bullhorn at that distance is ABSOLUTELY a physical assault. A physical response is fully warranted.
