1/ How UP works, and why holding UP is different from holding a launchpad's "brand token". UP is the flagship coin of up.rip, the stock-paired launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Every launch on the platform pays UP holders. Here's the full flow. 🧵

9/ So: launch a coin, pair it with a stock, watch it rip. Every trade feeds the creator, the floor, the coin's stakers, UP stakers, the treasury, and the burn. up.rip
3
8/ Safety: • Launch liquidity is sealed forever. No code path can move it. • Coins have no owner, tax, blacklist, mint or pause. • Once a pool opens, nobody can stop it. • Harvesting fees is permissionless. Payouts are pull-based, so one blocked address can't jam anyone else.
4
7/ Buybacks: 10% of every fee accrues to the vault. Anyone can press "execute". The vault buys UP on the UP/USDG pool and burns it. No admin, no discretion, no wallet in the middle. UP has a fixed supply of 100,000,000. There is no mint function. It only goes down.
3
6/ Staking UP: Stake UP in the vault and you earn 20% of every launch's fees, paid in whatever the coin is paired with. Not in UP, not in points. In USDG, WETH and Robinhood stock tokens. Each stake is locked 3 days. Rewards keep accruing until you collect, and you pick which assets to collect.
2
5/ Fees collected in the coin itself are burned by default (creators can keep some). Every trade on every coin shrinks its supply. Every trade on every coin also shrinks UP's supply through the buyback. More on that below.
3
4/ Creators can give up part of their 40% to make their coin stronger: • a floor reserve: real paired assets stack behind the coin, and anyone can burn coins to redeem their share • dividends: paid to people who stake that coin The 60% protocol share is untouched by those choices.
3
3/ Fees collected in the paired asset are split four ways, fixed at launch, and never changeable after: 40% to the coin's creator 20% to UP stakers 30% to the treasury 10% buys UP and burns it So a coin paired with TSLA pays UP stakers in actual TSLA.
2
2/ Every coin launched on UP trades in a real Uniswap v4 pool from block one. Each pool charges a 1% swap fee (creators can set it higher, up to 5%). That fee is collected in two currencies: the coin itself, and the asset it's paired with (USDG, WETH, TSLA, NVDA, SPY, or a stock bundle).

$UP is now live at 0x62276712b48bb53f0685d74d1932ed64340dbad5 Nd the launchpad is now live at up.rip -> launch coins, stake UP, create stock bundles, earn fees. Revolutionizing tokenized stocks.
