The “meximutt” soyjak image despite its clear intention of being racist actually feels tame compared to other signals. The subject is calm, collected and serious, and determined despite the grotesque malformation of their features.

I think a similar affect to the meximutt image can be seen with the Peter griffin Fortnite coin, where again, despite the cartoonish (although in this case not out of racism) deformation of his facial features, he still seems calm, collected and determined.

This is all to say, because ai is still unable to really understand nuance and is focusing on purely racism, the transition of meximutt into ai slop has erased much of that initial sort of strong determination and inner thinking that presumably was accidentally given to the image
