Day 1, no trade.

Spent half this week arguing with myself about who we're NOT building for.
The instinct is to keep the door open. More users, more flexibility, more optionality.
The instinct is wrong. You don't earn a wide audience by starting wide. You earn it by going deep on a small one first, and letting the rest come find you.
Still uncomfortable. Doing it anyway.
