I understand Jemima Goldsmith is willing to agree to the injunction being varied. I very much doubt Russell Brand is; so Ms Berki would need to fund an expensive application (or have an unusual amount of pro bono support)
The injunction makes crowdfunding very difficult.

It looks like the intention was then to bankrupt Ms Berki. The judge had mentioned she had no money, but the order says:
So is Brand's wife gonna move herself and their three kids back to the UK permanently, so she can easily visit him in prison? Or is she back to Florida, first chance she gets?
First year students at Glasgow University have had the wifi go down and their freezers turning off. For £208 a week.
Refunds? Compensation payments? No mention is made of those. Are students demanding them. They should be!
