At V1, our priority has been to the wellbeing of our employees.
We’ve been transparent with them about the state of things for months and are making this decision now so they still have ample time to search for new jobs while being supported by our studio.
We are sad to inform you that V1 Interactive is officially closing.
We want to thank all the talented people at V1, both past and present, who helped make the last 5 years wonderful.
And a heartfelt thanks to the amazing community that supported us.
Like many game companies, our office has transitioned into a temporary work from home environment 🏡
While it's easy to be comfortable in our PJ's, we still try to do our best to keep our workstations nice and tidy 🧹
How is your setup at work or home? 👀

A #NewYear is upon us! 🤩
Many new changes will be happening at our studio, and we are eager to share them with you all in due time.
Our #NewYearsResolution is to be more active with the community, and we can't wait to share our plans with you all.
#HappyNewYear 🥳
2020 has made a huge impact on us all.
Our company has had to go remote and work from home. 🏠
Despite the distance, we still make an effort to collaborate and support one another. 🤗
Wherever you are, we wish you and your loved ones #HappyHolidays! 💕
Hey there! 👋
It has certainly been quite some time since we last made a post.
After taking some time to reflect, we would like to share this message with you all.

Playing @Disintegration tonight before the servers shut down with some dedicated community that I love. Damn, this game never got a fair shake IMO. Makes me really sad, but still proud of what we created.

In this video, @V1Interactive lets you peek behind the curtains of @Disintegration to take a good look at the challenges they faced during the production of their blockbuster Disintegration — and how InstaLOD helped them to take off the breaks. youtube.com/watch?v=qrtf7KEY…

First game = Learned to model, texture, animate props in a production setting. (I loved animating Dora's backpack!)
Latest game = Learned UE4, set up mocap space, and build an animation/ cinematic pipeline with @mizahmbie
So much in-between got me from A to B. I'm so grateful.

First/latest game I worked on.
What's been consistent on every title I've worked on during my time in the industry is that every game taught me something new and each job built itself on the last. I love it.

Hey Everyone I finished #Disintegration and I really enjoyed this mish-mash of RTS and FPS, it also helps that I have a weakness for robots. Great job @V1interactive! I'm looking forward to playing more of the games you release!
