I BEAT CANCER! 👊❤️‍🩹 I saw my oncologist yesterday and have been told I am in complete clinical remission with no evidence of disease! While there is still a chance for recurrence and I'll need regular tests over the next couple years for now we are cancer free!!!! Over a year ago I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Endometrial Cancer which was later upgraded to Stage 3. I've had 2 procedures, one big surgery and 6 rounds of chemotherapy. It's been a heck of a year but I made it. I found this out yesterday but wanted to share with my community before posting here. I wanna say from the bottom of my heart to everyone who reached out, checked on me, dropped by stream to ask how I was doing, heck even if you just replied here on a post I am so grateful. I genuinely thought about giving up streaming when I was diagnosed and I'm so happy I didn't. This space, all the friends I've made, my community really gave me passion and drive to keep pushing and showing up each day even on days I felt horrible or didn't have the right mental. There's still a road ahead, and I have to be clear of cancer for 5 years to truly be in the 'clear' but for now I am just so relieved and happy. 💖
