Ah yes, asking for a clear yes/no question and getting the ticket closed without a reply. I guess you are fine to take my money but not to give me the game, huh @Blizzard_Ent @XboxGamePassPC ? How is this even remotely acceptable customer support?

Oh great, after two days of back and forth with @BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent they are now suggesting that I wait an entire year to be able to play Diablo IV on @XboxGamePassPC, all because they don't have a way to link a separate Xbox and Store account like I do in the Xbox app.

This just might be the worst support I've ever received from any company, ever. I've had five messages from different CS staff and the first few hadn't even read my message, and the last one had no idea what they were talking about (as shown in the link above).

I somehow forgot to mention that the most recent reply started with "Greetings, NODATA!". Somehow they've messed up just about everything that is possible to mess up so far, and I'm no closer to being able to play.

@XboxSupport Any chance that I can get a more sensible option from Microsoft than I did from Blizzard? I just want to try out Diablo IV on Game Pass like was advertised.

@XboxGamePassPC What a great first impression of Game Pass!.. and no apparent way to get any support for it, nor any links in that notification to get help (the game details view also shows none).

None of the troubleshooting recommendations anywhere have worked, and there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to somebody there, just "Message a gamer in the community" which is ridiculous.

Without saying your age, how many years have you been gaming?
