I eat, roughly saying, a spoonful of vegetables 3 times a day, no snacks, stay hydrated, go for mountain hikes, do minimum 1 moderate workout every day and don't lose a single kilogram for months! Can I switch with Jj? 😭 He doesn't seem to want to keep losing weight
