Raising rates only hurts small businesses and real estate. It does nothing to address inflation caused by oil prices.

Exactly. It’s like next year running Hochul for mayor as an alternative to Mamdani. It was ridiculous but people were afraid. It did massive damage.

Israel ETF (EIS) has been fantastic. I like it because it is both focused and diversified. Bit of a dip now.

🚨 WOW! The CEO of AUDI just came on stage with President Trump to confirm a multi-BILLION dollar auto manufacturing investment in Georgia "We are planning to bring are biggest and most premium SUVs, and produce them here in MACON, GEORGIA." CROWD: "TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!" This is monumental! 🇺🇸 That thing the Democrats and "experts" said was impossible, HAPPENED AGAIN Trump says construction begins next month. TARIFFS WORK

Don’t they realize they’re destroying their own credibility having such personal derangement for individuals?

I guess that’s true but even though a parent might really be a horrible person, it’s my experience that the offspring is better off reconciling in some even very limited way. Otherwise it can be very tough for that person to go through life having completely cut off the parent. I’m not concerned about the horrible parent, more the adult child being able to move on to a happier life.

The Fed has short rates about 50 too high. Aside from decimating real estate & small businesses, its main effect has been to pull investors out of longer bonds thus causing less demand & pushing long up. The Fed is clueless.
