The lawsuit that I had been involved with in regards to my previous company was settled in 2022 There was no liability or further action taken, Civil Forfeitire returned the assets that were seized when they falsely accused my blockchain company of fraud. This allegation was never proven and it could not be substantiated by the Crown. There was never any fraud by the company or myself. Civil Forfeiture harmed a legitimate company and the employment of 40 Canadian based employees that lived and worked out of the office in Vancouver. The Prosecutors wanted to settle and after 5 years of having to deal with an abusive manipulative former business partner, I was more than happy to.
