Kate Bush teases her return to music with her first album since 2011:
βIβm very keen to start working on a new album [...] Iβve got lots of ideas and Iβm really looking forward to getting back into that creative space, itβs been a long time.β

Nothing nothing *nothing* comes close to the unbridled joy of hitting the present button and hearing the music stop and seeing Phoenix Wright shake his head and rustle his papers and do his little π face before the music turns into The Most Hype Music You Have Ever Fucking Heard

Look, I'm sorry, variations of this get passed around every single day, and it's starting to sound more like parents complaining about video games and social media, especially because liking films for presumed social capital has existed for long before Letterboxd existed
Happy 80th birthday to Joni Mitchell. A true innovator that was able to change the game with her immaculately poetic songwriting, stunning musicianship and bold experimentation. She changed my life with her work and is my favorite songwriter of all time. π

there needs to be a serious conversation about the behavior people tolerate in fan communities. these are some of the quotes my mutual @melodramapop received about his s@ that pushed him to su!cide.

Please share this. People need to be aware of whatβs happening in Nova Scotia. @JoyceMurray is the latest in a long line of ministers under @JustinTrudeau that have mismanaged the glass eel fishery. Fishermen are fearing for their lives. Now the entire fishery has been shut down.

Just lost my job in the eel fishery because Minister Murray and her department refused to manage the fishery by arresting poachers, and decided to take the cowardly way out by shutting the whole thing down, despite having years to prepare for this! Please help me thank her π₯°

Christmas with the Kranks is one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen holy shit what is wrong with all these people?

I can't believe 1899 is being accused of plagiarism. The other story, "Black Silence" is literally a generic "crew paranoia" "scifi spaceship" story in the vein of Event Horizon or Sun, that happens to include a pyramid. None of the main themes of 1899 are touched on.

I have read the Black Silence comic. It's 40 mins read max. It's pretty good but no similarity with 1899. Pyramid is the only similarity (and both have some sort of psychological aspects involved). But other than that, entirely different story.

I'm sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous
I read the comic and there is nothing similar to 1899 except:
1) a big pyramid (which is quite common in scifi shows)
2) triangles in eyes (which is only really in the marketing posters for 1899 and not important)
