hello @TeamYouTube my account has had to appeal this issue THREE TIMES and now this third time you decided my earlier successful appeals don’t count and you just deleted my channel. I’m not a bot. I’m not a computer program. I’m a streamer working extremely hard under an agency

Drawing on iPad isn’t the same. I miss streaming & doing comms. Still cant go home & my commission money I had saved for stuff *poof* for take out food for my family. Cause hotel food is expensive, hotel wifi sucks. I am lucky to be able to submit assignments for classes. 🥴

As an artist that is very updating to see. I’m sorry you had to experience that. I would never do that. I love drawing all types of peoples characters & gives me a chance to learn different things such as body types, skin tone rendering, etc. I hope they learn from this. 💜
i'm TOTALLY sure you guys didn't know it was affecting people who don't have paper white skin when you sent me this message back in november! it was a conscious decision for you guys to tell me AFTER EXPLICITLY ASKING that i had to pay an extra fee because my character's black.
ALT image is a screenshot of tiana's dms between them and DG_studio@Art&Live2D from vgen. tiana's message to the studio: Hi DG_studio@Art&Live2D! I'm interested in YCH CHIBI Model: Christmas Live2D Chibi Model but as I was filling out the commission form I had a question about one of the selection add-ons. I saw that there was an add-on for custom skintone and I was wondering if I needed to select option since my character is black (they have a dark skintone). I really love the YCH Chibi Christmas Model but do not wish to proceed if that is the case. I just wanted to reach out for clarification, thanks! the studio's reply back to tiana: Hi, the custom skintone is necessary if you want the dark skintone for your model. the message is dated 11/09/2025 (november 9th, 2025).
