Well done brother❤️
It was difficult to write about my friend @AdamBla37689348 with such finality. If anyone is struggling with their Mental Health, please know that you are never alone and you always have options. 💙🩶 patreon.com/takesthatchance/…

One of the highlights of my time in London was finally meeting Freddie Cocker in person after appearing on Episode 356 of The Just Checking In Podcast (JCIP). We enjoyed a great steak on Friday night and an even better conversation. Freddie is the Founder of VENT and Editor-in-Chief of The Just Checking In Podcast, having produced an extraordinary 365 episodes since launching in April 2019. Through VENT, he has created a platform dedicated to giving people a voice, changing the conversation around mental health, and providing an outlet where everyone (but especially men and boys) can speak openly about their experiences. vent.org.uk/jcip-356-david-m… Our podcast discussion covered mental health, masculinity and much more, and it was a pleasure to continue that conversation face-to-face... Freddie is a consummate professional. He pays close attention to the details that make interviews flow naturally, prepares thoroughly, and is an exceptional communicator who puts his guests at ease. Those qualities have helped make JCIP one of the UK's most respected independent mental health podcasts. Plus he's a bloody nice bloke, funny, engaging, and he does great accents/impersonations. Thank you, Freddie, for your hospitality, the excellent meal, and for the outstanding work you're doing to support healthier conversations about mental health. Here's to many more discussions in the years ahead... @freddiec1994 @VenthelpUK

Another one has dropped: The Just Checking In Podcast... Wonderful conversation between Freddie Cocker and David Maywald. This has a deep dive into Mental Health, from a male perspective. We discuss the disparities between the sexes, plus the advocacy for men and boys. Brotherhood, purpose, relationships, and suicide prevention. It's genuine, authentic, and deeply felt. Freddie is one of the most diligent and well-prepared podcast hosts, and this shows through in the quality of conversations that he has on The Just Checking In Podcast.
