I watched the most wholesome video of teenagers reacting to ska music and the overall feedback they had was that it made them happy.
Motion to bring back ska and save the teens 🎺

It hasn't gotten much attention, but Azerbaijan continues to threaten Armenia and to hold Armenian hostages -- and it may get much worse, as @NoubarAfeyan notes.
Whether I was living in Beirut, Montreal or Boston, my family and I have always joined with other Armenians throughout the world in marking Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day on April 24. Today, the 109th anniversary of 1.5 million Armenians being driven from their homes and killed at the hands of Ottoman Turks. And now, it is happening again. We can no longer take this day to simply remember: we have to act. Please see my letter to the global community, which ran today in the @washingtonpost, the @nytimes, and the @thetimes. I have taken this extraordinary step since the situation is dire, and worsening.

On the 25th of April 1988, the very first Patlabor OVA (The Early Days) was released. The success of the OVA series would help spawn a franchise filled with light novels, a TV series, other OVAs, movies, live-action films and various video games.
Happy 36th Anniversary 🎉

Absolutely insane how Pink Floyd chose an AI generated video as the winner of their $100k animation competition over a hand crafted masterpiece such as this one by @TheInsaneum
Fuck AI
The winning video by Damián Gaume for Any Colour You Like in Pink Floyd's The Dark Side Of The Moon 50th Anniversary Animation Video Competition.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The AI video cited won the competition for the song "Any Colour You Like", while the one posted by OP was participating for the song "Eclipse".
This video lost to another human made MV created using claymation and is now on the official Pink Floyd YouTube channel seen below.
