I want to participate in #Sankalp2025 but my ola scooter is in service center since more than 2 months , still no update when shall i get my scooter back . @OlaElectric @OlaScooter @bhash can someone suggest what to do ?

Customers can't find their scooter in service centre. Because lots of them rest in peace at there.

Once you pay the money, you can't find the bike. Thats a fact. I just wanted to know why my bike insured and registered a month back when delivery was not feasible. I sent a thousand email just to know the delivery date.

आपके सर्विस मैनेजर ने मुझसे कहा था कि सस्पेंशन (shocker) बदल दिया गया है, लेकिन असल में कुछ भी नहीं बदला गया। यह सरासर धोखाधड़ी है। मैं आपसे आखिरी बार अनुरोध कर रहा हूँ कि: 1. मेरी गाड़ी तुरंत मुझे सही स्थिति में वापस की जाए 2. शॉकर सही से बदला गया हो, इसका प्रूफ दिया जाए

Big numbers don't matter when customers like me have no support. 50 days pending issue, 20 days in service center, no response from Ola. Very frustrating experience.
