> watch your thoughts
> realise they are not you
> detach from the unconscious patterns
> stop living life on autopilot
> reduce the noise in your head
> reduce anxiety
> reduce self-doubt
> stop overreacting
> dismiss passive and destructive thoughts
> hone in on your conscience
> sharpen your intuition
> become a guide to your Self
> break the chains of societal programming
> find your own thread of fate
> create unshakeable confidence
> become immune to psyops
> rekindle the inner child
> see wonder and novelty in everything
> become a source of positivity to your environment
> inspire others through your blissful presence
> never perturbed by chaos
> always the calm in every storm
> embody the archetype of a righteous leader
> become a symbol of peace and abundance
> become the real you
How To Discern Between Thoughts And Thinking:
> sit still in a comfortable position and close your eyes
> start to watch your thoughts
> see them like a car passing you by on the road or a cloud in the sky
> notice them but do not react to it
> if you do react to it or notice yourself getting carried away with it, thats fine-
> just return to the observers perspective once you realise you lost focus
> come back to watching your thoughts and repeat this process for 5 - 10 mins
> your only mission is to stay still and keep your eyes closed
> losing focus is natural and part of the process
> just make sure you keep coming back to observing without reacting
> the goal is to stay in this state for as much of the allotted time as possible
I always recommend starting off with just 5-10 mins, this is enough to feel the difference in your mental state without feeling like you are wasting or spending too much time doing "nothing".
Watching your thoughts will free you from the psyops and rekindle the inner child.
one day you will look at the news and see your friend is now creating it @GRITCULT

you will think nothing and you will be happy
Meditation also increases the bandwidth of the Signal you receive from within yourself.
Your perception is your most important investment. Without it, you’re doomed to rely on middlemen, and believe me, everyone has their own agenda.
You need your information from within.
By meditating, opening your 3rd eye and tuning into your intuition, you become the sovereign operator of your entire reality.

In psychology this method is sometimes called "Open Monitoring", here's a study showing how it can reduce cortisol levels:
Cosmic Cobra Breath for opening the third eye:
> you carry an entire current of desire in your body
> stop wasting it on worldly things
> desire is not inherently bad
> so what happens if you turn it inwards
> enter the "cosmic cobra breath"
> it treats sexual energy as fuel for awakening
> the impulses you usually follow outward become something you learn to direct upward
> kundalini rises through the spine
> third eye, heart, throat, crown all activate
> emotional wounds can resurface
> energetic blockages clear
> it gives your cerebrospinal fluid an electro-magnetic charge
> all about learning to hold the force you normally rush to discharge (your libido)
> stop wasting your life force (goondalini) and start transforming it into a creative power (kundalini)

This paragraph alone is more powerful than 90% of modern mindfulness books.
"the journey into consciousness is not about becoming something new, but about becoming aware of what has been shaping us all along"
You don't ascend by learning more and more, by accumulating knowledge similar to wealth.
Much the contrary, you strip away the things that dim the true light of consciousness.
UNLEARNING is your key to the kingdom 🗝️
meditation is a gateway to different levels of consciousness
like the electron in the double slit experiment, it is only when consciously observed that the subconscious reveals its “form”
whether you call it meditation or silent prayer , the simple act of sitting with your breath and watching your thoughts will open up the labyrinth of your own mind.
the subconscious remains elusive and formless until the conscious mind decides to confront it head it on
in the stillness, we begin to notice the things that usually get lost in the noise of everyday life. the thoughts that keep returning, the emotions we struggle to explain, the fears we bury and the beliefs we carry without ever questioning where they came from.
perhaps this is where meditation begins to reveal its true purpose. not necessarily to silence the mind, but to understand it. to sit with ourselves long enough to see what is happening beneath the surface, without immediately trying to escape it, change it or give it a name.
what we avoid looking at is exactly what we need to understand. and what we begin to understand we can finally begin to confront.
whether through meditation, silent prayer or simply allowing ourselves a moment of stillness, we create the space for the conscious mind to turn inward and observe what has always been there, just beyond our awareness.
the journey into consciousness is not about becoming something new, but about becoming aware of what has been shaping us all along.

Meditation literally increases the spectrum of visible light you are able to process.
Not as in seeing other colors or wavelengths like infrared or UV.
But it makes you see the midtones between colours more clearly and vibrant.
Imagine it as on a number line where every single natural number represents a color.
But after meditation you are able to dive into the endless depths of the decimal between full numbers or colors in our case.
You don't add more numbers to the line, but what you perceive becomes more rich and vibrant.
You can try this out for yourself.
cig in hand. loml by my side. clean suit. beautiful floral dress. old money playlist of music playing golden oldies. warmth of the car humming through our bones. reservation at the local italian restaurant.
La dolce vita.

No wonder you are never content with life when all you ever focus on is the CONTENT on those screens in front of your eyes.
There is so much more to life than scrolling on your phone, I'm literally begging you to take a few deep breaths right now and appreciate the vastness of it.
Put that phone away, log out. And most importantly, get out there.
The best is yet to come, but you must actively pursue it, and not only watch from the other side of the screen.
being passive is gay. you need to stop letting passive thoughts control your life and reclaim the ability to think for yourself
ancient knowledge is ingrained in our dna
you think atlantis is just a myth? plato didnt.
Knowledge doesn't always disappear when a civilisation falls. Sometimes it survives in fragments.
A symbol.
A monument.
A story passed between generations.
A practice whose original purpose has been forgotten.
Over time, knowledge can be lost, transformed or absorbed into new traditions. What began as observation may become ritual. What began as a practical technique may survive only as a legend.
